2021 Cuvée Syrah
Tasting notes
The Syrah Cuvée is crafted as an approachable, everyday wine. Employing neutral oak assists in stabilization without obscuring the varietal characteristics or the wine's intended profile. Modeled after a Côte du Rhône, it exhibits notes of cured meats, raspberry preserves, and spice. The palate is marked by a succulent quality, medium intensity, and a mineral finish.
Production notes
Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel open-top tanks. The wine was aged for 11 months in French oak barriques.
