2023 Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes
Aromatic notes of lime peel, gooseberry, stone fruits, and melon are discernible. The palate mirrors these fruit characteristics, underpinned by a well-defined acid structure and a flinty, leesy finish. While presently approachable, this wine possesses the capacity for graceful aging over several years.
Production notes
Primary fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 55°F throughout the duration of the process. The wine was sur-lie aged in tanks for 11 months. Subsequently, the wine underwent cold and heat stabilization, filtration, and bottling.
