Set against the beauty of our patio in Prosser, this exclusive gathering invites guests to enjoy an abundant grazing feast curated by Chef Taryn Maravel, paired with a flight of our newest whites and perfectly chilled reds.

A Lavish All-You-Can-Eat Patio Feast

Raw Oyster Bar

Shigoku, Kumamoto, and Kusshi oysters served with classic mignonette, fresh lemon, and grated horseradish.

Chilled Seafood Selection

Pacific white shrimp cocktail with house sauce, Dungeness crab claws with remoulade, and Peruvian-style ceviche with sweet potato.

Elegant Bites

Smoked salmon blinis with dill and roe, duck confit rillettes on brioche crostini, and truffle mushroom arancini with aioli.

Fresh & Creamy

Burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil, crab salad on Belgian endive, and whipped goat cheese with fig tartlets.

Garden Spring Vegetables

Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus spears, sugar snap pea and mint fritters, and spring crudités with green goddess dip.

Hearty Bites

Mini beef Wellingtons, slow-cooked pulled pork sliders with tangy slaw, and rosemary lamb chop lollipops.

The Grazing Table
